Welcome to Spin24! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Spin24's Website, located at https://spin24.pro, and the multi-sport services, events, and products provided by Spin24 and Coach Ian Atienza.
By accessing this website, purchasing our coaching packages, registering for events, participating in open play, or buying merchandise, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Spin24 if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
CORE BUSINESS AND OPERATIONAL POLICIES
A. Definition of Services and Products Spin24 is a multi-faceted sports and lifestyle brand offering:
Premium private and group athletic coaching.
Organized sports events, tournaments, and community open play sessions.
Curated sports gear, apparel, and physical merchandise.
B. Purchases, Expirations, and Refund Policies
Coaching Packages: Multi-session bundles feature a strict 45-day expiration window commencing on the exact date of purchase. Any unused credits remaining after day 45 will be automatically and permanently forfeited by our system. No extensions or exceptions will be granted for scheduling conflicts, personal schedule shifts, or court availability issues.
Sports Events and Open Play Registrations: All ticket sales, tournament entry fees, and open play registrations are final and non-refundable. Entries are valid strictly for the specific date, venue, and time slot designated for that specific event.
Merchandise Sales: All sales of physical gear, apparel, and equipment are final. Exchanges are permitted exclusively in the event of manufacturing defects, provided the defect is reported within 7 days of delivery, the item remains unused, and all original tags and packaging are completely intact.
C. Court Booking and Venue Responsibility
For Private Coaching Sessions: The client is solely responsible for sourcing, reserving, and paying all fees associated with court rentals across Metro Manila. Clients must coordinate and confirm coach availability prior to finalizing a court booking.
For Spin24 Hosted Events and Open Play: Spin24 will source and secure the designated venue. However, because Spin24 does not own or maintain these third-party facilities, Spin24 bears zero responsibility for unexpected surface quality conditions, lighting failures, sudden weather disruptions, or unexpected facility hazards.
D. Scheduling, PHP 1.00 Verification, and Cancellations
System Verification Fee: To authorize and synchronize calendar bookings within our digital booking platform, clients redeeming a pre-paid coaching package credit will be assessed a nominal, non-refundable PHP 1.00 system verification fee at checkout, payable via credit or debit card.
Coaching Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests for private sessions must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice, or a failure to arrive within 15 minutes of the agreed time, will result in the immediate forfeiture of that session credit.
Event Cancellation Policy: No-shows or late arrivals for scheduled tournaments, sports events, or open play sessions will result in immediate ticket forfeiture without a refund or credit transfer.
PHYSICAL LIABILITY WAIVER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Physical Fitness Certification: The client or participant acknowledges that pickleball, tournaments, open play, and related sports events involve high-intensity physical movement, rapid lateral shifts, sudden stops, and strenuous cardiovascular exertion. By purchasing or participating, you certify that you are in excellent physical health and have no undisclosed medical conditions preventing safe participation.
Total Release of Liability: By booking a session, entering an open play zone, or competing in a Spin24 tournament, you voluntarily assume all risks of personal injury, illness, physical accidents, or medical emergencies. You completely release, waive, and forever discharge Coach Ian Atienza, Spin24, and all associated staff or affiliates from any liability, injury claims, legal actions, or financial demands resulting from injuries sustained during any training, event, or match play.
DIGITAL AND WEBSITE USE POLICIES
A. Cookies The website uses cookies to help personalize your online experience. By accessing Spin24, you agree to use the required cookies. These are text files placed on your hard disk by a web page server necessary for the secure operation of our e-commerce store, checkout system, digital data logging, and appointment calendars.
B. Intellectual Property License Unless otherwise stated, Spin24 and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material, media, photography, branding, and text layout on Spin24. All intellectual property rights are strictly reserved. You must not copy, republish, sell, rent, duplicate, or redistribute material or media from Spin24 without explicit written consent from the brand owners.
C. Content Liability and Disclaimers To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website use. Spin24 handles all client transaction logs and personal data securely in accordance with local e-commerce data privacy standards.
