Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation policy

Thank you for choosing Spin24. We strive to provide premium experiences across our athletic coaching, community sports events, and curated merchandise. Please read our policy regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations carefully before making a purchase.

SERVICES AND EVENT REGISTRATIONS (NON-REFUNDABLE)

A. Coaching Packages and Single Sessions All purchases of private coaching packages (including the 4-Class Private Pack) and single drilling sessions are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a package is purchased, the sales transaction is final.

  • All multi-session packages carry a strict 45-day expiration window. Unused session credits after 45 days are permanently forfeited.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests for scheduled sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so results in the automatic forfeiture of that session credit.

B. Sports Events, Tournaments, and Open Play All ticket sales, tournament entry fees, and open play registration fees are final. Because brackets, venue rentals, and event logistics are locked in based on player counts, we do not offer refunds, credits, or date-transfers if you are unable to attend or fail to show up for an event.

PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For physical goods, gear, and apparel purchased directly through https://spin24.pro, the following terms apply:

A. Conditions for Eligible Returns To qualify for a return or product exchange, you must ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 7 days.

  • The goods are completely unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • The goods remain in their original, pristine packaging with all brand tags fully intact.

B. Ineligible Goods The following physical items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Custom or personalized merchandise made to your specific size, color, or design specifications.

  • Used sports gear, paddles, or balls that show signs of cosmetic wear, court contact, or grip alterations.

  • Personal apparel items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed or worn after delivery.

C. Process for Returning Merchandise You are entirely responsible for the shipping costs and delivery risks associated with returning goods to us. You must ship your package using a secure, trackable courier service to our official fulfillment address.

Spin24 cannot be held responsible or liable for products damaged or lost in return transit. We are strictly unable to issue an exchange or reimbursement without physical receipt of the items or valid, verified proof of delivery to our specified address.

Once your returned merchandise is received and inspected by our team to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your exchange or store credit within 14 business days.
